Time restricted eating - more commonly known as intermittent fasting has gained widespread acceptance. It’s voluntary and controlled - not to be confused with starving which is not.
Much is written about intermittent fasting not requiring people to change what they eat to gain benefits such as weight loss, improved insulin levels, reducing high blood pressure as well as the risk of heart disease to name a few.
However, it's accepted choosing to eat a healthier diet, cutting out or down on Sugar and processed foods as well as being active will get the best results. My book will introduce you to all the benefits to be gained as well as confirm how this change of habit can be so simple.
